About the Skewed Crossing Sign
When tracks cross a road at a sharp angle, the crossing is longer than it looks and the rails can catch narrow tires. MUTCD Section 8B.19 lets the W10-12 Skewed Crossing sign warn of it, the tracks drawn across the road at the angle they cross. Drawn from FHWA's official artwork, either hand.
