About the Advisory Speed Plaque

MUTCD Section 8B.17 says an Advisory Speed plaque should go below a crossing's warning sign where engineering judgment shows vehicles should cross the tracks slower than the posted limit, and it may go below a word-message sign in advance of a rough crossing. It's the general warning-series plaque, black on yellow.
