About the No Turn Across Tracks Sign
Where a street runs alongside light rail tracks, a car turning across them can be hit by a train coming from behind. Table 8B-1's R3-1a and R3-2a prohibit that turn, usually as lit blank-out signs that show only while a train approaches (Section 10C.09). This builder draws the static movement-prohibition symbol — a black turn arrow inside a red circle and slash — which is what the blank-out sign shows when it's lit.
